3-Ingredient Mango Yogurt Popsicles

Just in time for summer, these easy pops are made in one blender and freeze for a few hours before enjoying! Whether by the pool or enjoying inside they taste just as great! πŸ™‚

Health Benefits of Mango

Mangoes have the following nutrients:

-Fiber: keeps you full, great for gut health

-Vitamin C: antioxidant; great for immunity

-B-vitamins: helps your body convert food into energy

-Vitamin A: good for eye health

-Vitamin E: antioxidant; great for skin health & neutralizing free radicals

Health Benefits of Greek Yogurt

-Protein: helps keep you full since it takes longer to digest

-Calcium: important for bone health and nerve function

-Probiotics: great for supporting your gut health! Not all yogurts contain live strains of probiotics, however, so check the label to see!

How to Make 3-Ingredient Mango Yogurt Popsicles

This recipe couldn’t get easier if you tried, I promise.

  1. Blend mango & milk until smooth like ice-cream. Scrape sides down as needed.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt & honey until incorporated.
  3. Fold blended mango into yogurt mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour mixture into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze for a minimum of 2-3 hours. Overnight works too!

What Can I Use Leftover Popsicle Mix For?

1- drink it or eat it with a spoon!

2- freeze it into ice cubes to add the health benefits of mangoes and yogurt to your favorite smoothies!

3- Add it to an adult beverage for a tropical twist πŸ˜‰

Equipment

  • Blender
  • measuring cups and spoons
  • 6-count popsicle mold

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk alternative)

Instructions

  • Combine mango and milk in a blender and blend on high until smooth like ice-cream, approximately 2-3 minutes. Scrape sides of blender down as needed.
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt & honey until incorporated.
  • Combine mango-milk and yogurt-honey mixtures until fully incorporated. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, distributing evenly. Freeze for a minimum of 2-3 hours. Overnight works too!
