Just in time for summer, these easy pops are made in one blender and freeze for a few hours before enjoying! Whether by the pool or enjoying inside they taste just as great! 🙂

Health Benefits of Mango

Mangoes have the following nutrients:

-Fiber: keeps you full, great for gut health

-Vitamin C: antioxidant; great for immunity

-B-vitamins: helps your body convert food into energy

-Vitamin A: good for eye health

-Vitamin E: antioxidant; great for skin health & neutralizing free radicals

Health Benefits of Greek Yogurt

-Protein: helps keep you full since it takes longer to digest

-Calcium: important for bone health and nerve function

-Probiotics: great for supporting your gut health! Not all yogurts contain live strains of probiotics, however, so check the label to see!
