Equipment

  • Jar or bowl
  • Measuring cups

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup nondairy milk of choice I use and recommend Mooala's Coconut Oatmilk!
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional (I don't add sweetener and it tastes great!)

Instructions

  • Add chia seeds and milk of choice to a jar or bowl. Add optional sweetener.
  • Place lid on jar and shake well, or stir if using a bowl.
  • Allow mixture to refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
  • After removing the pudding from the fridge, it should be thick and "pudding-like." Add any desired toppings and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker pudding, use 1/3 c chia seeds instead of 1/4 cup.
