The Easiest Mixed Berry Smoothie

In the middle of the summer, it's great to have a simple, healthy snack using ingredients you probably already have! When I'm craving something fruity and sweet this smoothie is ready in under 5 minutes and totally hits the spot.

Equipment

  • measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Frozen Mixed Berries I use Wyman's Triple Berry blend
  • 1 medium to large Banana
  • 1/2 cup Oat milk or your favorite milk I use Oatly's original oat milk

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in your blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth, approximately 1 minute.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately! You can also store it in the fridge for up to 1 day.
